Fo Shan Sky Glass Co., Ltd. operates an in-house manufacturing system for glass processing machinery, covering steel fabrication, CNC machining, surface treatment, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, commissioning, and pre-shipment testing.
With more than 10 years of R&D and manufacturing experience, we produce key machine frames, bases, mechanical components, and assemblies within our own facility.
Our manufacturing capabilities support the production of machinery for cutting, edging, grinding, drilling, washing, tempering, and lamination of architectural and automotive glass.

Supporting equipment includes laser cutting, CNC bending, radial drilling, welding, automatic spray painting, and small-lathe equipment.
Our Manufacturing Process
Raw Material Cutting & Steel Fabrication: Steel plates, profiles, and structural materials are cut and fabricated according to production drawings. Machine frames and structural assemblies are welded in-house before machining.
Heavy Milling & CNC Machining: Machine bases and large structural components are processed on the plano milling machine. Other mechanical components undergo CNC machining, turning, line cutting, or grinding according to production requirements.
Surface Treatment & Coating: Fabricated steel structures and machine covers undergo surface preparation and protective coating before final assembly.
Mechanical & Electrical Assembly: Machined components, fabricated structures, transmission components, electrical cabinets, control systems, and related assemblies are integrated into complete glass processing machines.
Commissioning & Pre-Shipment Testing: Completed machines are commissioned and operated before shipment. An 8–24-hour continuous running and stability test is carried out to check machine operation before final inspection and packing.
Machining Workshop: In-house CNC machining, milling, turning, grinding, and supporting machining operations.
Fabrication & Surface Treatment: Steel frame fabrication, welding, sheet metal processing, and surface coating.
Assembly & Testing: Mechanical assembly, electrical integration, commissioning, and pre-shipment running tests.
Quality Control in Manufacturing
Quality checks are carried out throughout the production process, including incoming material inspection, machining inspection, assembly inspection, machine operation testing, and final pre-shipment inspection.

OEM/ODM Manufacturing Support
Sky Glass supports OEM/ODM projects and machine modifications based on customer drawings, specifications, glass dimensions, processing requirements, and equipment configuration.
