Product Overview
Automatic Laminated Glass Production Line is an integrated pre-autoclave production line for glass processors producing PVB, EVA or SGP laminated glass. It combines glass loading, washing and drying, interlayer layup, layer alignment, heating and pre-pressing before autoclave curing, supporting continuous production for architectural, automotive and other laminated-glass applications.

Laminated Glass Production Process
Glass Loading → Washing & Drying → Interlayer Layup → Layer Alignment → Heating & Pre-Pressing → Autoclave Transfer
The line transfers the glass between each section and coordinates the operating sequence through the central control system.
Interlayer Layup & Alignment
Servo-Controlled Positioning for Layer Alignment: The layup system uses mechanical alignment references and servo-driven positioning to control the relative position of the glass sheets and interlayer.
Glass Positioning: Mechanical side and end references square the glass sheet before film layup. Servo-driven movement positions the glass according to the selected product setting.
Interlayer Positioning: The film is fed from the roll through a driven dispensing mechanism. Film feed movement and tension are controlled to maintain its position relative to the glass reference.
Layer Alignment: The following glass sheet is positioned against the established references, controlling the edge offset between the glass sheets and interlayer before pre-pressing.
Production Line Integration
Integration With Glass Processing and Autoclave Systems: The line is arranged around defined loading, transfer and discharge points to connect with adjacent glass-processing equipment.
Upstream Connection: The loading section can receive prepared glass from the preceding washing, cutting or edge-processing equipment.
Autoclave Connection: The discharge section transfers pre-pressed laminated glass toward the autoclave loading area or designated buffer.
Control Interface: Operating signals between connected equipment can be exchanged through the configured control interface to coordinate transfer and machine status.
